Effective: August 28, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 428 - 124th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates division (A) or (B) of section 4104.101 or section 4104.20 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.(B) Whoever violates section 4104.05 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
