Effective: March 18, 1969 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 108th General Assembly If an elevator is insured by a company authorized to insure elevators in the state, the inspection may be made by a special inspector of such company, and the only fee collectible by the state shall be the certificate fee provided for in section 4105.17 of the Revised Code.
