Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly Any person owning or operating any elevator subject to this chapter shall file a written report with the superintendent of industrial compliance within seventy-two hours after the occurrence of any accident involving such elevator which results in death or bodily injury to any person.
