Effective: January 1, 1974 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 110th General Assembly Any standards relating to minimum wages, overtime compensation, or other working conditions in effect under any other law of this state on the effective date of sections 4111.01 to 4111.17 of the Revised Code, which are more favorable to employees than those applicable to employees under sections or regulations issued hereunder, are not amended, rescinded, or otherwise affected by said sections, but continue in full force and effect, and may be enforced as provided by law until they are specifically superseded by standards more favorable to the employees by operation of or in accordance with regulations issued under said sections.
