Effective: November 3, 1965 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 201 - 106th General Assembly Employers who have not established a plan, by a labor agreement or otherwise, for the provision of wages as defined in division (E)(2) of section 4115.03 of the Revised Code shall pay the prevailing rates of wages in full in cash.
