Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The state employment relations board shall compile a list of the school districts in the state that have filed with the board agreements entered into with teacher employee organizations under this chapter. The board shall annually update the list to reflect, for each district, for the current fiscal year, the starting salary in the district for teachers with no prior teaching experience who hold bachelors degrees.
