Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly Notwithstanding any provision of section 4117.08 or 4117.10 of the Revised Code to the contrary, no agreement entered into under this chapter on or after September 29, 2005, shall prohibit a school district board of education from utilizing volunteers to assist the district and its schools in performing any of their functions, other than functions for which a license, permit, certificate, or registration issued by the state board of education under section 3301.074 or Chapter 3319. of the Revised Code or a certificate issued under division (A) or (B) of section 3327.10 of the Revised Code is required.
