Effective: September 21, 1995 Latest Legislation: House Bill 200 - 121st General Assembly (A) No person shall purposely refuse to obey an order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction under Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code.(B) No person shall purposely refuse to obey a lawful order of the state employment relations board, nor shall any person prevent or attempt to prevent any member of the board or any agent of the board from performing his lawful duties.(C) No public employee shall engage in any unauthorized strike.
