Effective: June 30, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 362 - 122nd General Assembly The industrial commission shall have an official seal for the authentication of its orders and proceedings, upon which seal shall be engraved 'The Industrial Commission of Ohio,' and such other design as the commission prescribes. The courts in this state shall take judicial notice of such seal, and in all cases copies of orders, proceedings, or records in the office of the commission, certified by the executive director of the commission under its seal, shall be equal to the original as evidence.
