Effective: August 25, 2006 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 7 - 126th General Assembly The bureau of workers' compensation special investigation department is a criminal justice agency in investigating reported violations of law relating to workers' compensation, and as such may apply for access to the computerized databases administered by the national crime information center or the law enforcement automated data system in Ohio and to other computerized databases administered for the purpose of making criminal justice information accessible to state and criminal justice agencies.
