Effective: November 3, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 118th General Assembly Sections 4123.021 to 4123.024 and 4123.031 to 4123.037 of the Revised Code shall be administered by the bureau of workers' compensation. Administrative and other costs, including awards of benefits and compensation, whether lump sum or recurring payments, shall be disbursed from the state insurance fund.At the end of each six months of each fiscal year, the administrator of workers' compensation shall certify to the adjutant general the amounts paid for compensation and benefits for accidental injuries and death compensable pursuant to sections 4123.021 to 4123.024 and 4123.031 to 4123.037 of the Revised Code and for costs of administration.
