Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly As used in sections 4123.031 to 4123.037 of the Revised Code:(A) 'Emergency management worker' means anyone who has been duly registered for service pursuant to section 5502.34 of the Revised Code, in connection with the development, maintenance, and operation of any state or local emergency management agency authorized by law and who has met the minimum requirements as set forth in sections 4123.031 to 4123.037 of the Revised Code, or who has been duly registered as an emergency management worker pursuant to section 5502.34 of the Revised Code during a disaster and the emergency thereby created.(B) 'Emergency management,' 'disaster,' and 'emergency' have the same meanings as in section 5502.21 of the Revised Code.
