Effective: November 3, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 118th General Assembly No injunction shall issue suspending or restraining any order, classification, or rate adopted by the industrial commission or the bureau of workers' compensation, or any action of the auditor of state, treasurer of state, attorney general, or the county auditor or county treasurer of any county, required to be taken by them or any of them by this chapter. This section does not effect any right or defense in any action brought by the commission, the bureau, or the state in pursuance of authority contained in this chapter.
