Effective: November 3, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 118th General Assembly On or before the first day of November preceding each biennium, the officer or employee of each state department, division, subdivision, bureau, commission, or any other state agency required to submit a budget request to the director of budget and management for any biennium shall provide the bureau of workers' compensation with the estimated number of employees of the state department, division, subdivision, bureau, commission, or other state agency for the ensuing biennium along with the estimated payroll of personal services.
