Effective: September 29, 1955 Latest Legislation: House Bill 521 - 101st General Assembly In the event that any person who is entitled to receive benefits for total disability, loss of member, or death through the application of section 4123.033 of the Revised Code, receives, in connection with the injury giving rise to such entitlement, benefits under an act of congress or federal program providing benefits for civil defense workers and their survivors, the benefits payable hereunder, shall be reduced in proportion to the benefits received under such other act or program.
