Effective: October 13, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 258 - 100th General Assembly A court in which an action is pending pursuant to service of process under sections 4123.751 and 4123.752 of the Revised Code may order such continuance as may be necessary to afford the defendant reasonable opportunity to appear and defend the action.
