Effective: October 20, 1993 Latest Legislation: House Bill 107 - 120th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 4123.27 or 4123.28 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.(B) Whoever violates section 4123.50 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever purposely violates such section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.(C) Whoever violates section 4123.81 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.(D) Whoever violates section 4123.88 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.(E) Whoever violates section 4123.417 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, and the persons who shall have paid a fee, compensation, or gratuity as prohibited by section 4123.417 of the Revised Code may recover by civil action three times the amount thereof, together with a reasonable attorney's fee, from the person to whom the sum was paid or given.
