Effective: November 5, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 183 - 125th General Assembly Nothing contained in this chapter or in any professional employer organization agreement shall affect, modify, or amend any collective bargaining agreement that exists on the effective date of this section. Nothing in this chapter shall alter the rights or obligations of any client employer, professional employer organization, or shared employee under the 'National Labor Relations Act,' 49 Stat. 449, 29 U.S.C.A. 151 et seq., the 'Railway Labor Act,' 44 Stat. 577, 45 U.S.C.A. 151, or any other applicable federal or state law.
