Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 139 - 129th General Assembly For purposes of a bid, contract, purchase order, or agreement entered into with the state or any political subdivision, a client employer's status or certification as a small, minority-owned, disadvantaged, or woman-owned business enterprise or as a historically underutilized business shall not be affected as a result of the client employer entering into a professional employer organization agreement or using the services of a professional employer organization.
