Effective: July 18, 1980 Latest Legislation: House Bill 403 - 113th General Assembly (A) Upon receipt of an order of compensation issued pursuant to a claim for benefits under the federal act, the bureau of workers' compensation shall disburse from the marine industry fund the amounts to the persons as said order directs with respect to any claims insured by the marine industry fund.(B) The bureau shall disburse from the marine industry fund amounts necessary to pay the costs of any additional requirements of the federal act.
