Effective: September 24, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 316 - 129th General Assembly The director of job and family services shall appoint the executive secretary of the council office, which appointment shall be subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the apprenticeship council. The director shall appoint such additional personnel as may be necessary, subject to Chapter 124. of the Revised Code.
