Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly (A) Except as provided in this section and sections 4141.162 and 4141.211 of the Revised Code, and subject to section 4141.43 of the Revised Code, the information maintained by the director of job and family services or the unemployment compensation review commission or furnished to the director or commission by employers or employees pursuant to this chapter is for the exclusive use and information of the department of job and family services and the commission in the discharge of their duties and shall not be disclosed. Such information is not a public record under section 149.43 of the Revised Code. (B) Information protected from disclosure under division (A) of this section may be tabulated and published in statistical form for the use and information of the state departments and the public.
