Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly On or before the fourth day of July of each year, the authority shall submit an annual report of its activities to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, and the chairs of the house and senate committees that oversee energy-related issues.
