Effective: April 20, 1993 Latest Legislation: House Bill 308 - 119th General Assembly Each public employee shall:(A) Comply with Ohio employment risk reduction standards, rules, and orders adopted or issued pursuant to this chapter which are applicable to the public employee's actions and conduct;(B) Comply with safety rules the public employer establishes for the purpose of fulfilling compliance with Ohio employment risk reduction standards, rules, or orders adopted or issued pursuant to this chapter. All such rules the public employer adopts shall be reasonable as determined in accordance with the purposes and objectives of this chapter.
