Effective: June 21, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 67 - 126th General Assembly All information reported to or otherwise obtained by the administrator of workers' compensation or the administrator's designee in connection with any investigation, inspection, or proceeding under this chapter that reveals a trade secret of any person is confidential, except that the information may be disclosed to other agents or authorized representatives of the administrator concerned with fulfilling the requirements of this chapter, or when relevant, to any proceeding under this chapter. In any proceeding, the administrator or the court shall issue orders as appropriate to protect the confidentiality of trade secrets.
