Effective: June 21, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 67 - 126th General Assembly (A) The administrator of workers' compensation shall adopt a rule and Ohio employment risk reduction standard for the prevention of exposure incidents. The initial rule and standard shall be adopted not later than one hundred eighty days after October 5, 2000.(B) The administrator shall provide advice to public employers with regard to their implementation of the requirements established by the rule and standard adopted under this section and the requirements of section 4167.28 of the Revised Code.
