Effective: July 1, 1981 Latest Legislation: House Bill 775 - 113th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates division (B) of section 4169.02 or division (D) of section 4169.03 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars.(B) Whoever violates division (E) of section 4169.06 of the Revised Code shall be fined fifty dollars for every day that the violation continues.
