Effective: September 26, 2003 Latest Legislation: House Bill 95 - 125th General Assembly Permit B-3 may be issued to a wholesale distributor of wine to bottle, distribute, or sell sacramental wine for religious rites upon an application signed, dated, and approved as required by section 4301.23 of the Revised Code. The fee for this permit is one hundred twenty-four dollars.
