Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly Upon the request of the registrar of motor vehicles, the prosecuting attorney of the county in which any proceedings are pending shall aid in any investigation, prosecution, hearing, or trial held under this chapter or Chapter 4506., 4507., 4510., or 4511. of the Revised Code and shall institute and prosecute any actions or proceedings for the enforcement of the sections contained in those chapters, and for the punishment of all violations of those sections, as the registrar directs.
