Effective: June 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 74 - 134th General Assembly (A) Except as may otherwise specifically be provided by the general assembly, the registrar shall issue a specialty license plate for a passenger car, a noncommercial vehicle, a recreational vehicle, or any other vehicle of a class approved by the registrar. (B) The contribution amount for any specialty license plate shall be the same each year, regardless of whether the application is for the initial issuance or the renewal of that specialty license plate.
