Effective: September 15, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 21 - 123rd General Assembly A certificate of title to a motor vehicle that is a buyback motor vehicle as defined in section 1345.71 of the Revised Code shall be issued in accordance with division (C) of section 1345.76 of the Revised Code.
