Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly Whoever violates any provision of sections 4505.01 to 4505.21 of the Revised Code for which no penalty otherwise is provided in the section that contains the provision violated shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars, imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
