Effective: July 1, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 53 - 131st General Assembly On receipt of a notice pursuant to section 3123.54 of the Revised Code, the registrar of motor vehicles shall comply with sections 3123.53 to 3123.60 of the Revised Code and any applicable rules adopted under section 3123.63 of the Revised Code with respect to a commercial driver's license or commercial driver's license temporary instruction permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
