Effective: January 27, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 337 - 129th General Assembly Notwithstanding any provision of the Revised Code, the bureau of motor vehicles shall not issue or renew a commercial driver's license if issuance or renewal of the license would violate federal law. No person shall retain a commercial driver's license if the retention of the license would violate federal law.
