Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly Whoever violates any provision of sections 4506.03 to 4506.20 of the Revised Code for which no penalty otherwise is provided in the section that contains the provision violated is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
