Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly On receipt of a notice pursuant to section 3123.54 of the Revised Code, the registrar of motor vehicles shall comply with sections 3123.53 to 3123.60 of the Revised Code and any applicable rules adopted under section 3123.63 of the Revised Code with respect to any driver's or commercial license or permit, motorcycle operator's license or endorsement, or temporary instruction permit or commercial driver's temporary instruction permit issued by this state that is the subject of the notice.
