Effective: April 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 302 - 134th General Assembly Digitalized photographic records of the department of public safety may be released only to the following: (A) State, local, or federal governmental agencies for criminal justice purposes; (B) Any court; (C) The American association of motor vehicle administrators to allow state department of motor vehicles participating in the association's state-to-state verification services and digital image access and exchange program to use the photographic records for identity verification purposes; (D) The department of job and family services for the purpose of carrying out the department's functions under Chapter 4141. of the Revised Code.
