Effective: October 11, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 407 - 124th General Assembly Sections 4508.01 to 4508.06, inclusive, of the Revised Code, do not apply to any person giving driver training lessons without charge, to employers maintaining driver training schools without charge for their employees only, nor to schools or classes conducted by colleges and universities for regularly enrolled full time students as a part of a normal program for such institutions.
