Effective: November 12, 1992 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 98 - 119th General Assembly (A) The registrar of motor vehicles shall administer and enforce sections 4509.01 to 4509.78 of the Revised Code. He may make rules necessary for such administration and shall provide for hearings upon request of persons aggrieved by his orders or acts in accordance with sections 119.01 to 119.13 of the Revised Code except as otherwise provided under section 4509.101 or any other section of the Revised Code. (B) The registrar, with the approval of the director of public safety, shall provide suitable forms for the purposes of sections 4509.01 to 4509.78 of of the Revised Code.
