Effective: April 20, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 20 - 120th General Assembly Any automobile insurance policy that does not provide liability coverage at the time of issuance of at least the minimum amounts provided under division (K) of section 4509.01 of the Revised Code for proof of financial responsibility shall contain a clear and conspicuous warning on the face of the policy stating the policy does not constitute proof of financial responsibility as required for the operation of a motor vehicle under division (A)(1) of section 4509.101 of the Revised Code.
