Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Every person depositing security shall specify in writing whether the deposit is made on behalf of himself, another person, or both himself and another person required to deposit security. Such designation may at any time be changed, but any single deposit of security shall be applicable only on behalf of persons required to furnish security because of the same accident.
