Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly (A) No person shall violate section 4509.01 to 4509.78 of the Revised Code for which no penalty is otherwise provided.(B) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
