Effective: March 23, 2015 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 342 - 130th General Assembly Sections 4511.092 to 4511.0912 of the Revised Code do not apply to the use of a traffic law photo-monitoring device that is placed on a school bus for the purpose of detecting violations of section 4511.75 of the Revised Code or a substantially equivalent municipal ordinance.
