Effective: July 1, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 53 - 131st General Assembly (A) The department of transportation shall include sign R4-16 of the federal manual of uniform traffic control devices that states 'keep right except to pass' in the department's manual for a uniform system of traffic control devices adopted under section 4511.09 of the Revised Code.(B) The director of transportation shall erect 'keep right except to pass' signs along the right-hand roadway of a freeway that consists of at least three lanes and is part of the interstate system.
