Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly (A) Every solid tire, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, on a vehicle shall have rubber or other resilient material on its entire traction surface at least one inch thick above the edge of the flange of the entire periphery.(B) Whoever violates this section shall be punished as provided in section 4513.99 of the Revised Code.
