Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly (A) No passenger-type vehicle shall be operated on a highway with any load carried on such vehicle which extends more than six inches beyond the line of the fenders on the vehicle's left side.(B) Whoever violates this section shall be punished as provided in section 4513.99 of the Revised Code.
