Effective: January 15, 2020 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly (A) As used in this section, 'public-use airport' has the same meaning as in section 4563.30 of the Revised Code. (B) The operator of a public-use airport may adopt reasonable standards, regulations, procedures, and fees that are applicable to peer-to-peer car sharing programs. The operator may enter into such agreements, including concession agreements, with a peer-to-peer car sharing program. A peer-to-peer car sharing program, shared vehicle owner, and shared vehicle driver shall comply with any applicable standards, regulations, procedures, fees, and agreements adopted by a public-use airport, and shall pay any applicable fees in a timely manner.
