Effective: January 15, 2020 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly A peer-to-peer car sharing program and a shared vehicle owner shall be exempt from vicarious liability in accordance with 49 U.S.C. 30106 and under any state law or municipal ordinance that imposes liability solely based on vehicle ownership.
