Effective: July 1, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 611 - 122nd General Assembly The registrar of motor vehicles shall transmit to the tax commissioner the names, addresses, and any other information requested by the commissioner, of all persons who register a snowmobile, off-highway motorcycle, or all-purpose vehicle under section 4519.03 of the Revised Code. Such information shall be transmitted in a form agreed to by the registrar and the commissioner.
