Effective: July 1, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 611 - 122nd General Assembly Nothing contained in this chapter shall prevent local authorities from regulating the operation of snowmobiles, off-highway motorcycles, and all-purpose vehicles on streets and highways and other public property under their jurisdiction, and within the reasonable exercise of the police power, except that no local authority shall require the registration or licensing of any snowmobile, off-highway motorcycle, or all-purpose vehicle required to be registered or titled under this chapter.
